Privacy policy
LobbyCut operates this website and a private production tool for the owner of the LobbyCut YouTube channel. Contact contact@lobbycut.world for privacy questions, access or deletion requests.
Current development status
The server and private administration interface are running. The production pipeline, YouTube publishing and analytics features are still being built. This policy distinguishes current services from features that will operate only after the owner connects and authorizes the relevant accounts.
Information and purposes
The administration service stores the owner's login information, encrypted service credentials and Telegram user/chat identifiers for account access and owner-only controls. Infrastructure services may process IP addresses and request/error details for delivery and security. The public website has no advertising, analytics scripts or embedded video players. The private administration interface uses essential authentication storage.
Once connected, Google Drive access is used to read owner-supplied media in DROP and create, verify and rotate encrypted infrastructure archives in BACKUPS. The tool requests Google's per-file permission (drive.file) for items explicitly selected for it or created by it. Application file operations are restricted to the selected DROP and BACKUPS folders. The narrower connection is being verified before automated backups begin.
The planned YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services. With the owner's authorization it will access the channel identity, video/upload metadata and aggregate performance statistics, and upload or schedule only clips the owner approves. It will not request the owner's Google password. Google data will not be used to train AI models.
The planned editing pipeline processes source clips, public source metadata, transcripts, edits and approval decisions. Media audio will be sent to OpenAI for transcription, and transcripts with source context will be used for scoring and packaging. Google account tokens and YouTube analytics are not inputs to those prompts. Preview clips and control messages will be sent to the owner's Telegram conversation.
Storage and sharing
Production data is stored on a Contabo VPS in Hub Europe. Credentials are access-restricted. Backups are encrypted before upload to the owner's Google Drive. Relevant service providers include Contabo, Google, OpenAI and Telegram when their integrations are enabled; each processes data under its own terms and policies. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Published YouTube videos and their descriptions are public according to the owner's chosen visibility.
Retention and deletion
The planned media retention is seven days for raw files and thirty days for rendered files. The backup policy keeps fourteen successful archives; older app-created archives are moved to Google Drive Trash and remain subject to Google's Trash retention. These automated retention jobs must be verified before production begins. Security logs are rotated and data is not intended to be kept indefinitely.
Send a deletion request to contact@lobbycut.world. The operator will verify the request and remove applicable active data and affected backup copies; requests concerning connected YouTube data will be handled within seven days. Public YouTube videos can also be managed by their owner in YouTube Studio. Revoking access does not itself delete published videos.
You can revoke Google access at Google account permissions. See the Google Privacy Policy. The tool must stop using revoked access; automated revocation and deletion handling remains a production readiness requirement.
Updates
This page will be updated as integrations are enabled or practices change. The tool is for its adult channel operator and does not offer accounts to children.
